Nile River Capital
“Nile River Capital’s goal is to finance each client while establishing lasting relationships with project owners that lead to job and wealth creation opportunities.”
Nile River Capital was formed to address contractors’ short-term cash needs. A contractor may be able to complete the work required, but may not be able to wait 30, 60, or even 90 days to receive payment. This is a challenge for construction progress payment contracts and maintenance contracts.
Nile River Capital brings a solution to this challenge. We purchase your approved invoices, and your customer pays us. We can purchase one invoice, or we can purchase all invoices – we are here to meet your capital needs.
Nile River Capital combines construction, finance, consulting, and social impact experience to create solutions that help small businesses grow sustainably. Through Urban Advisors, the parent company, we have spent the last 11 years developing capital solutions that empower small businesses, which ultimately creates jobs and stabilizes communities.
